The guest occupancy is an integral part of The Dana Holcombe House. Approximately 3,000 square feet, the second floor contains six guest rooms, two of which are suites. At The Dana Holcombe House, variety is the spice of life. All guest rooms are tastefully decorated and appointed with the finest quality furniture and accessories.

By establishing a different theme in each room, The House satisfies all guests with a comfortable, elegant, colonial living environment. Blending in nicely with the many heirloom pieces are authentic reproductions complementing such civilized amenities as Simmons HealthSmart mattresses, good "reading in bed" lighting, and numerous pillows. All of the Vouros' former Schoolhouse antique furniture, paintings, and accessories are used throughout each guest room making the room truly an experience to remember. Also included within each room is its own bathing environment which is distinct to the room's design.
