Located at the famous flagpole on historic Main Street in Newtown, The Dana-Holcombe House operates as a classic New England Inn, an intimate catering facility, and a conference center. The House enables its patrons to simply relax while at the same time its intimate Dining Room and adjacent Living and Library Rooms have been designed to accommodate business meetings, public functions, wedding receptions and special celebrations which will only be enhanced by use of the picturesque gardens for a pre- or post-salubrious event.

There are six Guest Rooms to satisfy the most discerning tastes. The comfortable tiered patios, rose gardens, and perennial gardens attract a passing afternoon guest who wishes to partake of a restful evening.

Here at The Dana-Holcombe House, we've raised self-indulgence to a fine art. You see, we believe that you can have your cake and eat it too! In fact, you can have your apple crumb cake in bed along with the rest of your homestyle breakfast and take the recipe with you. Just snuggle down into one of our quilt-covered beds or curl up by one of the fireplaces for a morning, afternoon or evening repast.
